Zaffiro - Refractory top and bottom of oven. Adjust temperature, top and bottom split and floor split into 3 zones for fine tuning of front, middle and back. Multi deck ovens are individual decks, stacked. Programmable.

Opale - Biscotto floor, refractory top and sides. Adjust temperature and top and bottom split, programmable, open front like traditional wood fired oven.
