The Classic Line 160 is a robust, two-speed spiral mixer built for daily production in bakeries and pizzerias. It delivers reliable power with simple, durable controls and a reversible bowl for precise dough development.

Due to high precision, all Sunmix mixers mix down to approx 10% of max capacity. For example, a 120kg mixer will mix 12kg of dough if necessary.
