The Classic Line 200 Bakery Specification is fitted with Sunmix's reduction kit for lower-hydration dough. It combines a robust two-motor drive with simple manual controls, two speeds, two timers and a reversible bowl for consistent daily bakery and pizzeria production.

The stainless steel bowl, spiral and breaking bar, retractable castors and heavy-duty construction are designed for reliable long-term use. The mixer can also process smaller batches when required.
